Frequently asked questions

SEO and social media, explained clearly

Do you guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No. Google and other search engines control their rankings. We improve technical quality, relevance, content, local visibility and consistency, but no ethical provider can guarantee a specific organic position.

Does social media activity directly guarantee better Google rankings?

No. Social media supports awareness, content distribution, reputation and customer engagement, but the marketing plan does not represent social posting as a guaranteed direct organic-ranking factor.

Are paid ads included?

No. Organic SEO and social media management are included according to the selected plan. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media are scoped separately, and the customer's advertising budget is separate from management fees.

Who supplies photos, promotions and business information?

The customer supplies timely business news, promotions, subject-matter guidance and original photos when available. Paradise Technologies can also use approved stock imagery and branded templates when appropriate.

Can these plans be combined with a Website Care Plan?

Yes. Website Care handles hosting, maintenance, backups, security and technical operations. SEO & Social Media Marketing handles visibility, content, social publishing and ongoing marketing activity.

How long before SEO produces results?

There is no fixed timeline. Competition, website history, content quality, location, links, technical condition and search-engine changes all matter. Monthly programs are designed to build progress over time rather than promise immediate rankings.

What if the website has serious technical problems?

We will identify obvious issues that interfere with SEO work, but major repairs, malware cleanup, redesigns, custom development and extensive performance or accessibility remediation are quoted separately or handled through the appropriate Website Care plan.

Before monthly marketing begins

A healthy website and accurate business information come first

SEO and social media work is more effective when the underlying website, analytics and business profiles are technically sound and accessible to the people doing the work.

Website Readiness

We review the website for obvious indexing, SSL, performance, mobile, form and technical problems that could interfere with marketing work.

Access & Ownership

The customer must provide appropriate access to the website, Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile and approved social platforms.

Baseline Measurement

Where data is available, we establish a starting point for organic traffic, search visibility, local profile activity and social engagement.

Setup Work

One-time cleanup, missing analytics, major technical repairs, account recovery or profile reconstruction may require a separate setup estimate before monthly work begins.

Website Care is separate: Monthly marketing does not replace hosting, software maintenance, backups, security monitoring, malware cleanup or ongoing website operations. Those services are available through Paradise Technologies Website Care plans.

Customer responsibilities

Good marketing requires timely information and approvals

Paradise Technologies can manage the process, but the customer remains the subject-matter expert for the business.

Business Information

Provide accurate services, offers, hours, locations, promotions and other facts needed to create truthful content.

Photos & Brand Assets

Supply original photos and approved brand assets when available. Approved stock imagery or template-based graphics may be used when appropriate.

Approvals

Review requested content and provide approvals or corrections on the agreed schedule. Delayed approvals can delay publication.

Customer Service

The customer remains responsible for responding to leads, customer-service issues and sensitive reviews unless a separate engagement states otherwise.
